Refund and Returns Policy
At Shop Mosaic Tile, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
Tile-Specific Conditions
Due to the nature of tile products:
- Installed products cannot be returned
- Clearance and discontinued items may be final sale
- Partial boxes may not qualify for return
Damaged Shipments
Damaged shipments must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Refunds
Refunds are processed after returned materials are inspected. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we receive the returned product.
